Worldwide Marine Underwriters – A Proud Sponsor Of The Smoke On The Water Poker Run

Since 2001, Worldwide Marine Underwriters has sponsored the Smoke On The Water Poker Run, held in Grand Haven, Mich. Bob Luellen is a co-organizer of the event, and our staff members are all volunteers dedicated to making this event a success.

Each year this event brings some of the most exotic boats in the country to Michigan for one spectacular weekend. Each year we have hosted at least 100 boats for this poker run, and we are expecting even more for this year’s event. We put together one of the best events in the country – your entry fee includes the participation of one boat and up to four people, gourmet meals, beer and wine, high quality merchandise, dock space, and an event DVD!

2004 will also mark the fourth year of the Smoke On The Water Poker Run’s affiliation with the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Michigan. To date, this event has raised over $71,000 for this incredible organization which works to grant the wishes of children under 18 living with life-threatening illnesses. Come help us surpass the $100,000 mark with the charity auction that will be held at this year’s event!
